Kindermusik is a music and movement programme. Each week in class you’ll play, listen, and dance to music that will impact you and your child in profound ways. That’s because every song, story, and two- step has a carefully chosen purpose in this creative curriculum—one that’s designed to stimulate and strengthen the vital neural wiring taking place in your child’s mind, right now

Due to the astonishing support the Westminster Park Walking Group has received since starting, Chester City Council is taking the next step by introducing a new walking group to the opposite side of the city centre, based in Hoole. The Council hopes this will be as well received and supported as the Westminster Park Group.

On Thursday the 28th February at 10:30  the new group will be setting off from their base at the Bromfield Arms Pub on what they hope will be a weekly and popular event aimed at improving health and encouraging socialising.

Walking has been identified as a good cardio-vascular exercise to maintain fitness and is also good for mental well-being as it helps to ease stress.

The Hoole walking group has been organised to allow people of all ages and abilities to go on walks around their community in a safe relaxed environment and to socialise while improving their health. Chester City Council is involved in supporting the new health walk as a way of encouraging more people to take part in physical activity.

The walks will cover various routes around the area going through housing areas and local parks. The walk leader will take the register on arrival and risk assess the route beforehand.

The group is open to anyone regardless of ability and will meet at the Bromfield Arms at 10:15. More walking groups are expected to be formed around the city as more walk leaders are trained through a city council organised course.
